Opened bottle of Whisky

I bought a bottle of expensive whisky yesterday at Checkers Hyper Carnival Mall. We opened the box when we got home and found that the seal had been tampered with and a quarter of the bottle had been drunk or taken out. We called customer care and were advised to take bottle back. We live approx 35km away from the store and it would be difficult for us to return there. Where is the customer service Checkers claim to have? I note that they dont even have the decency to reply to any complaint made on Hello Peter.
