Only part items delivered by Checkers Hyper Cornubia Durban

I am not happy with their delivery service. I ordered 4 items on the app and my mum only received 2 items . I paid R168 . I paid R35 for delivery. I tipoed the driver R10 and my mum also gave him R10. I ordered a cake for my mum's s birthday but she did not receive it. The driver called Frank **** he delivered all items. I need my money refunded including the tip we gave him. I do not think I will use this app again.Very bad service!
