Online theft

I placed an order on the sixty60 app. The online system suggested a combo for the item I was ordering and would have paid R99 for the promo. When 1 promo item was short they sold me the items on their original price and I paid more for less. What bothers me most is I approved a lesser payment on my banking app and they took more when their promo was incomplete. That is theft.
