Online shopping is thieve I guess

I do my shopping at Checkers very month!! Today I decided to do some online shopping at Checkers.. big mistake!!

The money was deducted immediately and I was busy tracking the delivery on the app when all of the sudden its showed that i never purchased anything... how is this possible. Of co**** but no delivery.. emailed them, of co**** no reply so I guess I will not be getting my money back since there help desk is closed due to the lock down.
