Ongoing poor services

It's been a month now I use only the north mead checkers as I work close by. They don't stock .on normal items you will just get a sorry.I been to the deli their so many times selling me old bread now if the chicken is not raw inside. Or staff is not there I have complaint to their customer care head office but it's like water on a duck back.I think it's my fault I. Must go to another shop for things . Their extra savings card is a force buy you can only buy items what they made available not what you want I refuse that card .when It comes to customers satisfaction they must get help from outside company who can teach them how to look after their clienttele.. But I promise I will buy only from pick n pay I had enough of checkers
