Ongoing bad service and product quality

Good day, I have again decided after my most recent disappointment to complain about Checkers again. I constantly feel that I’m just going to have to do my shopping and spent my money elsewhere. My most recent problem is the Dr. Hahnz Grain Free dog food. I have no idea how dog food with 9 months to go before expiring date can have mould on it. We usually buy a few bags in advance just in case of emergency and keep the dog food in an airtight container before opening it, where after the dog food once opened gets placed in a separate container with the bag. I’m very disturbed by the condition of this dog food and I feel that this is very urgent matter for me! My dogs are my, everything and if they were to get sick because of food I would seriously be holding someone accountable. I’ve complained about products that I bought at Checkers before Like frozen pea, frozen corn, fry’s, Linda’s, Cornetto ice cream, vegetable samosa, spring-rolls, frozen potato chips and I can go on about products that I’ve bought that seems to have been defrosted and refrozen multiple times throughout before the consumer buys it. The condition of some products like biscuits, chips that are obviously fragile that are broken and crunched beyond use. Another thing is when you go to the shops over the weekend with very little time to waste I find myself constantly have to go between different shops to complete my shopping with things that I need for the week. Things like Soy milk, (Dew fresh) rice cakes, fry’s fish style fillets, and or other like specific products that I’m looking for. Why is this the case? Lastly is that on a few occasions I have found myself with products that are not priced on the shelf’s only to find myself at the tills holding up the queues. Then to find out that they don’t have the price on the system either? How do you sell something that is not priced? I have found this experience a few times at different Checkers stores. We live in the Cradle of Humankind area and do our shopping at Cradlestone Mall, Fourways Mall and Northgate Mall for me not only is it difficult to go back to stores for returns but I work and stay in Pretoria during the week. Weekends are the only real time I have to do these things. I have no receipt for the dog food but I have bought my last dog food from Checkers in Fourways Mall.
