ONCE AGAIN!!!

so lets start from the beginning this is NOT the first time that this Checkers has a special on nappies but not the nappies we need...... We went to the store on 16/06/2015 to buy huggies that's on special and took the size 4 just to see that the size is to small my baby needs the 4+. so we only had time today to go and exchange it and guess what they did not have AGAIN!!!!! Why run a special if you don't have the correct stock!!!! The manager was so rude to say the least the ladies at the fruit and veg section busy chatting up a storm and not even helping us.... And when they had the biltong and droewors special once AGAIN the didn't have biltong so we took droewors goodness it was so fatty we gave it to the dogs. Like i said the rudeness of this store is so bad the service even worst and that manager was rude the previous time to. Why not listen to the client instead she was rude. My advise would be send ALL the staff and that SUPER RUDE NO IDEA WHAT A MANAGER SHOULD DO on training for client service because they don't have a clue. Once i would think ok maybe she had a bad day but this was the second time about the same nappy problem. I would rather go to a store 10000km away!!!
