On the 28th of June 2022, i ordered my groceries via the Checkers delivery service and my transaction went through with money deducted from my account

On the 28th of June 2022, i ordered my groceries via the Checkers delivery service and my transaction went through with money deducted from my account. After minutes of placing my order I checked how long it will take and it reflected that my order was canceled but my money was not returned. I really am disappointed in their service lately if you don't receive missing items, it's cancelled orders that are still charged. I feel ****** and ****med by checkers as that order was my groceries for the month with my multivitamins in the order but until today, I have not received a refund to try and buy again. ****************
