Old mushy stir-fry possible food poisoning

I bought my supper for tonight crunchy stir-fry raw from.checkers Westgate mall cape town. Got home to prepare it .the veg are off and stinks....are they busy with food poisoning. On top of it they removed the previous dated sticker and put on a fresh date 26 November but it's old veg What the hell. How can they sell **** like this too people.
