Old Grilled Chicken

I purchased a grilled full chicken at Checkers in Westgate Mall Mitchell’s Plain. On the packet it stated that it’s BBQ chicken, however when I got home and opened the packet, there was no BBQ marinade on the chicken, secondly I couldn’t even cut up the chicken because it automatically fell off the bone. By looking at the chicken alone it did not look fresh at all, it looked like leftover chicken that couldn’t didn’t sell the previous day. I’m very disappointed in Checkers as I’m a regular customer .
