Old food and poor service

Poor service

I bought a ready to eat Mac and bacon salad for my 5 year old son Only to discover that it's off and has a old smell.

Went to the store personally to lay the complaint and I was not attended to after the GM advised he will get the F&B manger, to no avail..

This really poor service and worrying on the refleshness of their products
