Old cakes and bad service from manager

Good day Im am writting this email with great disappointment once again. I feel i can no longer keep quiet about the pathetic well known store Checkers.

As a cake ***** i always buy cake online using 60sec from checkers. The first time i bought macoroons for my kids and it was old. Mould was clearly on it. I contacted checkers , after back and forth with the manager he exchanged it. Second time around which i am deeply still upset for. I bought custard danish and offered it to my parents when they visited. My mother informed me that it taste old, we opened it and it was actually mould inside, green.... does anyone check the stuff before you sell it, especially in the bakery. I called checkers the first time after holding so long the call was dropped ( they were looking for a manager). I called again , the manager answered, no phone ethetic , he spoke to me like his working at a ****a shop and im a kid his doing a favour for. He took my details, he will find someone and replace the danish. I could clearly hear his not taking down my details. Up until today i have not heard anything from him or anyone at checkers. No apology from him at all. I emailed checkers and was told to do a refund on the app. That is not the point, it is the second time i get old cake from checekers. Who else bought that old cake and ate it? How sure can i be that should i buy from Checkers bakery again that it wont be old? In fact, the other day i bougt ****ins, 10pck according to the app. I only received 8 ****ins.

Since i am treated so bad as a paying customer, i am now going to take this further. Please dont call me again like the first time and ask me what i want. You know what to do so do the right thing.

Checkers you are dropping us as paying customers, customers who support your store so much. Again, check what my checkers app look like, all my orders. Im satified with everything else but your bakery..no man..this is not on.
