Offer advertised was not filled
I visited the branch to take up the offer of Revlon coloursilk hair colour advertised at R59,99, with a Revlon mascara free. All the products had had their plastic torn(no mascara in sight), and when I took the product to the cashier, I asked where I could get the free mascara from. She then called the supervisor who said nothing could be done because 'customers' had ****** the mascaras from the boxes. This is unacceptable, as should the store want to offer specials, there should be service that enables the customer to take up the offer, and not be told that it is not their problem.
