Off salad

On the 21/12/17 I bought a salad at the pick and pay in houtbay opposite the library...when I got home the salad was very off and tasted sour and I took it back and asked to speak to the manager,the lady they called was not even a bit apologetic and she just said go wait at the que and ask for a refund!!i had a bit of the salad and they ddnt even bother to show any sympathy all they said was never buy from the managers special.how am I supposed to know their terms?!
