Off chicken

We ordered few items from the app and was delivered from Queensburgh Checkers in Durban upon arrival, we unpacked and took the chicken to cook noticed it was green and off we contacted sixty60 and they informed the store and notified us they will refund us on the app as a credit its being over a month now, around 20 calls they keep saying its being escalated refund will be between 3-24hours, please can you assist i still have the chicken in my freezer as proof and there as being countless calls logged and the store says it was bought through app so have to contact them
