O.O.S, rainchecks, phone H/Q, will deliver, didn't

End od November advitised cooked lobster @R129.99 FOR 800g. Visited x6 Checkers stores, no stock. Did this repeadetl, no luck. got x 2 rainchecks at Menlin Checkers and Cradelstone. In Jan tried ALL the sores again, Rustenburg, Menlin, Silverlakes, Centurion, Greenstone again no luck. Food & beverage manager Menlin promissed to send to Rustenburg for me to colect last week, 27 Jan. Phoned H/Q complaints 18/01/15 @ 14h50(Nomoliso), they got the manager of Cradelstone(Erick / Eddie) to contact me he also prommised delivery to Rustenburg Checkers for me to collect. Up to now 2 weeks no delivery!!!
