now a detracter of checkers

Good day, I am so unhappy with checkers gateway I bought about R2000 worth of items only to find when I get home n unpack the 5L of ice cream as its my 4year olds birthday party I noticed the seal was cracked when I opened it there is less then quater ice cream this is unacceptable waste of money my child was sore I must now pay someone for petrol to take me back there and its damn un hygenic I am now a detractor of checkers and will spread bad word of mouth no1 should have to go through any sort of damaged goods ,I will like to be contacted and have this sorted out as I'm highly upset. My childs birthday is this weekend now do I have to put myself through the expense of buying new ice cream from retailer I don't thinkl I will shop at checkers again and my family and friends will not too.
