Not very helpful !!!

<p>I bought a Deep Pulse Massager - Homemark product - @ Checkers Carnivall Mall on the 16 April 2017, on our way home we open the product and the box was empty went back to Checkers explaining my problem not very helpfull, they must first phone a manager because it is a homemark product etc... Cant get hold of the manager I must came back. Unfortunately I can't drive up and down - surely someone must be there to assist - I did pay R 299.95 for a empty box !!!! </p>
