not staff and manger not around to help

was at the checkers in noordheuwel today (28th jan 16:30) with only 4 till of 9 open thus waiting time was over 10 mins. to find out the card EFT point not working fully had to wait again 3min for person to come and move my slip to a till where people are waiting too. so i get pushed in the to pay with my card. when i request to speak to the front end manger had to wait 5 min again for her to get off the toilet. with no other mangers around to help. when she does come she informed me she meant to have 9 tellers on today but 3 called in sick. for her to walk off with out any word say she will be back. the front end manger name was portia. this is not the first time this store is running on two to four tills at the busy time of the day and month end.
