Not so Happy

A very good service if they give you what you order. Their App shows they have stock of an item but then they tell you it is unavailable. If I order a certain item, I do not want it replaced with something else. If they do not have it then it should be left off and not another product given in place of it or another flavour. If I want chocolate icecream dont send me vanilla which I don't eat. I know if I walk into the shop I will get what I want but when ordering online they say they don't have that item. Very frustrating. Certain things are not on the App.
