Not so 60 minutes

My sixty minutes order placed at 10h00 Sunday 15 October 2023. The application keeps moving my ETA with 2 minutes. My live shopping was only done at 11h30, it is still not on the way. Customer service representative not helpful at all, and did not resolve our issue, nor called us back to tell us what the issue was, now i can not cancel my order at all.
