Not Receiving Little Shop items.

Yesterday we purchased R3487.85 at Shoprite Checkers, in Ararat Street, Welkom.

Just spoke to the rudest person from Checkers regarding complaint reference number is ***.

TO OUR UTMOST SURPRISE - SHOCK. WE ONLY FOUND TWO (2) packets of the Little Shop whilst unpacking. On checking the till slips (photographs attached) it also states on till slip "Little Shop" 2 @ R0.00.

The T.V. adverti*****t clearly states. (one) 1 sample for every R200.00 spent. This is a GROSS MISINTERPRETATION OF A PUBLIC ADVERTI*****T. It must be investigated and corrected. I will have to consider approaching the competition board or other body that investigates consumer complaints. Should Shoprite/Checkers not immediately rectify this urgent complaint and give an explanation plus undertaking that this will not take place again. Arrange for the outstanding samples to be supp****. HOW MANY UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS HAVE HAD SIMILAR COMPLAINTS but have remained silent. (should this be widely known it will be a possible problem).

We have been dealing with your undertaking for decades. Have always found the service and staff helpful and good. Now we may have to consider supporting another group of which there are many on the "Goldfields". That will be a sad day.
