Not prepered to help costomers

I was at the store to book for a inter cape ticket , the lady tried to book but the computer give her the other massage , then she told me that if it says that it means the bus is fully booked . I took my phone and call inter cape to inquire about the bus , they said the bus has 41 free seats . She told me that she don't work for computicket she works for checkers so there is nothing she can do . I took my phone again to call compu tickect so that they can help the lady about the ticket . They gave me reference number then the lady was able to help me . There is too much of incompetency at the store .
