NOT making it better

<p>So I go to checkersleep to pick up a bus ticket for a family friend who is trying to get away from her abusive husband, I have the card I used to make the purchase and the reference for the online purchase. Get to the counter and the lady says that she needs my ID (which I don't carry out me for safety reasons) I was shocked as I have purchased tickets online and collect at checkers for at least 5 events and I have never been asked to bring my ID with me.</p> <p>Cashier calls the helpline and they refuse to assist.</p> <p>Really horrible experience received for trying to help a family friend.</p>
