Not honouring Rain Check

I was at the Forest Hill City Checkers Hyper yesterday afternoon. Firstly I had a rain check from Forest Hill City issued to me at the end of April which I wanted to redeem. However the rain check receipt did not contain a price and Ruan Taljaard informed me that none of his staff will ever make that mistake. Yet I had the proof which he was looking at and in a very bad attitude towards me (probably ****** attitude) insisted that his store never issues an incorrect rain check receipt. Secondly I did not like his insinuation that the receipt may be a ***** even though I provided additional receipts issued by the same store.<br> Then the a Andre de Beer identified himself as the store manager and refused to honour rain check receipts received from other Checkers Hyper. He stated clearly that his policy is to only honour receipts issued by his store. I pointed out to him that when I received the receipts I was informed that I can redeem them at any Checkers Hyper store in the country.<br> This whole incident left me feeling that the people are biased and ****** and not what I expected from a big organisation like Checkers Hyper.
