NOT GOOD ENOUGH CHECKERS

Checkers Boardwalk Richards Bay needs to up their game.

Today I was overcharged by R10 for Sunshine D 1kg margarine. The shelf said R39.99 with card and they charged me R49.99. Unfortunately I only realized it once I was home. Then on a previous visit they overcharged me for Taits chips, where it said R30 for 2 and I ended up paying around R16.99 each. Last week we went to buy cheese and only ever buy it when the shelf says it's on special but again they overcharged me by at least R30 and again I didn't realize it until later.

One should not have to scrutinize ones slip each time you buy something but it seems that this is exactly what one has to do.

When I got home today I called the store twice and both times it rang for at least 10 rings before I gave up. Then I tried again a bit later and the receptionist tried in vain to put me through to a manager as the manager was not answering.

This needs to be addressed and I do expect a reply.
