Not good!!!!

I used to do my monthly groceries every month and the odd weekly stuff at the Checkers in Eco boulevard. Its just across the road from my house and its very convenient.

But it been months that I have not bought there, and only go when I really dont have a choice. Ever since they changed the manager, the place is not the same anymore. There is no service and if they manager needs to come and help, its always an effort and a huge inconvenience to her. Not once that she had to void, auth or any manager duties at the till, did she look and greet you first, plainly ignore you does her thing and walks away.😡 The one time my payment on my card went through twice, and when I went to the shops office to query it, and not willing to help me, she said im a loud voice to her colleagues in the office MARRA......

Is this the new way how she treats her clients!!!! Every time there after I did go into the store and she is in the front, I get the dirty look from her, and this happend again this afternoon.

Not to mention the 60/60 trolley s that think its a racing track, I had to move ot the way so many time just the way they go around in that store.

I actually find it more pleasant, at the lifestyle branch. More of a drive, but at least you get helped with a smile.
