Not getting what you pay for

Went to go buy some meat and sweet chilli garlic loafs for a braai, actually got two of the sweet chilli loafs, and to my disappointment after i had braaied them they were plain garlic only. I then contacted the customer care line, the guy asked me how much was the garlic bread as it seemed like he did not know.. And then after ten minutes i received a sms with a R30 gift voucher. First of all the guy on the line was very unprofessional, when he answered the phone he just said "yes Hello" and then asking me what the prices was like i work for Checkers..
