Not charged what was on display

I visited Checkers Canal Walk today after 13h00. On display, as if it was on promotion was 3 x Ariel (15 capsules) tubs with a price tag of R19.99. I thought WOW. So the cashier rings it up and it scans as R59.99. So I tell her its on some kind promotion in the washing powder aisle. She calls a supervisor (female) who goes to check and comes back with a (c) male. I don't know if he is a manager or if he works in that dept, but he then tells me its the wrong price. <br> <br> So I tell him when I looked at it the only thing I saw was R19.99. He continued to say it must at least be for the same product. The price tag was actually for Ariel handwash. I told him that was not MY fault if the staff used the wrong tag. I told him to just leave it & the supervisor continued to credit it from my cashslip. <br> <br> Yes everyone makes mistakes, but not once did he think to apologise for the mistake in the pricing on behalf of the store or the staff. <br> <br> I visit this Checkers quite often as my workplace is quite near to that entrance. Its not the first time that I experience such service from the staff at this store. I know that they deal with alot of demanding customers bt I always remember Thank u & Please
