yho yho yho yesterday 02/12/2015 neva had such a poor poor poor service....I went to Nicholway Mall to collect my bus ticket at checkers.I found one of the lady to assist me.I have her the <br> bus ticket code,iyho she did not know where to start,asked me questions like whr shuld she put this code?how would I know the system whr as she is the one working with it.she said she never <br> experience such incident whr as a customer come to collect tickets with a code.she finally took the ode and punch it and she said she cant trace this code.I waited there about an hour and a half.I told her to call <br> Retail store \computicket"to trace my code as Im travelling agency booked the ticket for me.she asked me the retail store numbers how would I know.I called my agency to tell them that im having problem with collecting ticket.<br> It was a shock as this was the 1st time having problem with such.my agency called them but still that lady could not understand anything.I wasted my lunch time had to call my manager reporting il be late.was angry and just left.after work I went back<br> I found the same lady"
