not asking clients what they want; just making their own decisions with client's money.

I was at the store at around 4:30pm today 21/07/2020 at money market counter and I was assisted by a lady not sure of her name but she is short; dark and she was wearing a doek on her head(BLACK ONE).the lady did not have a smile on her face it was like I was forcing her to do her job. There were errors on my request form which she did not ask me to rectify the mistake; she just went on with the process and I noticed when she took longer than I expected, I asked her if there was something wrong she said yes but she had already done with the transaction when I told her why didn't she ask for clarity from me she wanted to do the transaction again. She did not see anything wrong she did hence there was no apology from her cause that's what I thought she would do. Am not happy at all with her service she is very rude and very ***********
