Im disgusted about the service I received today from cashier Nosihle Shange her behavior and attitude towards customers is quite poor, no greeting , kept chit-chatting to her colleagues with no care of a customer in front of her. At some point she left the till and went to speak to her colleague at the next till without excusing herself whatsoever. Didn't even ask me if I have a Xtra saving card, i actually was the one who told her that I have it. Take her back for some sort of customer care/excellence course please that will actually save you alot of customers, we are being treated like we are taking things for free or on credit. We are flippen paying for heaven sake.
