Northgate's way of providing us a service

Last weekend me and my daughter went to checkers to do some quick shopping. As always she sits in her trolley so that mommy can do shopping. We finished, paid and as we get to the door the guard instructs me to take my daughter out and leave the trolley. Already I found this to be unreasonable - I now have to carry my daughter and my parcels. I am not a lazy mother but carrying a 14kg child and my bags because the employees are too lazy to collect trolleys outside is ridiculous! On exiting no signs were put down or anything mentioned by the guard about the step we need to be aware of. My daughter and I fell straight down on the ground due to me tripping on the step. My daughter was in tears screaming I had to sit on the ground and calm her down. No one came to apologize. When I had gotten to the car my hand was injured and I still had to drive home. Driving home with an intense amount of pain! I have buses on my hand to this day.

I find the neglect of Checkers Northgate to be highly unacceptable and I will be taking this further!
