Northgate star

<p>Elisa is a till packer, and only there for 2 weeks, from what the Admin Manager said, and is an absolute star! Not only did she have an infectious smile, but she was so helpful in arranging my shopping bags in the basket to ensure everything was secure and that I could manage the rest of my shopping with ease (being in a wheelchair). She is a star, and must do everything you can to hold on to her, as she is truly a role model that other staff can learn from. Well done, Elisa!!! Wish there could be more like you in retail, with such an open-minded, helpful and spontaneously positive and happy attitude.</p>
