Northgate hyper checkers bad service

when i was at the till trying to make a payment the lady by the name of Dikeledi (not sure if she is a cashier or a packer) pushed me and i ask her that you are pushing me she just gave me a bad look and my wife asked why is she doing this and she responded by telling my wife so you are with your boyfriend and my wife said what make you think my husband is a boy friend and Dikeledi threaten to wait for her outside, my wife said who's your manager and Dikeledi said you can call him i am not afraid and she worked away. The manger was called and we went to his office to explain what happened and Dikeledi was asked to apologize and she refused, later after we have wrote a statement, there after she came back to apologize.<br> <br> I would like to make an emphasize for hyper checkers at Northgate to train their staff on customer service as this has spoiled my day and i will never shop at Northgate hyper checkers
