Norkem Mall Checkers - money market poor service

So this morning I go to Checkers Norkem Mall and straight to money market because I wanted to send money to a relative. I get there and there is Refilwe Lebepe at the till. so I ask her what is I need to send money. and the attitude she gave was disgusting because firstly when I greeted she just went silent, her response was just "cash and ID" so I ask so you guys dont take cards(obviously in the sense that I'm making conversation not trying to be funny) and she responds "I said cash and ID, didn't you hear" so I walk out the shop and all ATMs are closed because the mall is under renovations. so I ask one of the security guards if there isn't any other atm I dont know off around the mall. they tell me but why didn't you withdraw at checkers. I was livid. because yet again the same lady at the till could have easily said to me we do cash withdrawals instore. so I went back did my withdrawal at the till and back to money market. this time Refilwe Nkgoeng assists, attitude no different to the previous lady. so she just takes me ID presses her computer and then stares at me, so I stare back. then she says "chelete" (money) which by the way I had given to her with my ID but she just took the ID with no explanation. so I give her the money and tell her I'm sending 200. guess what she says to me R10? I'm thinking this is a test. firstly she was right there when the first lady explained what's needed & non of them bothered to explain that I need an additional 10 for the transfer. so I ask why didn't the first lady say anything about a R10 and the look she gave me, with silence off course. I ask her to give me the first refilwes surname and she literally said it like shes talking to a deaf person. to top it all when the first refilwe came back as I was walking a away refilwe N says to her "an email is coming soon because madam took our names down" and as a black person we all know when another black calls you madam its not out of respect is more sarcasm and disrespect..if they dont want their jobs they should stay at home. there plenty people out there dying to work there and are willing to give good service. it's because they think when you're black you cant log a complaint so they give you the worst kind of service. yet a white lady comes up they put on a smile. it's a disgrace really.
