Nooo customer service!!

<p>Checkers has the worst client service i have ever experienced.</p> <p> </p> <p>Appart from the staff just being extremely rude and not helpfull at all 98% of the time, they seem to love putting products on sale only to never have it in stock once you get there.</p> <p> </p> <p>They recently had Panel Heaters on sale which i need for my baby who is soon to make an appearance. I went to the shop and not very surprised that once again... the item on sale was not in stock. Luckily i knew that i could ask for a raincheck because the staff i spoke to all just shrugged their shoulders saying... "oh well we don't have stock" so i eventually insisted on getting a raincheck.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sale has now passed and i've phoned numerous times to see if stock has arrived, to no avail however, as after attempting on an average of at least 5 times , being put through to a phone that just rings for eternity you eventually manage to get hold of someone by some miracle that person will just tell you... Nah we don't have stock and they don't know when they'll get.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday i phoned the Brackenfell branch 7 times during the course of the day... holding on for an eternity each time and never once got through to someone in the heater department. So i tried the N1 city branch 3 times... and same thing... </p> <p> </p> <p>The level of service is soo unprofessional and pathetic it's shocking!!! </p>
