Non delivery of all good

I am extremely annoyed at the fact that I made an online order with checkers. They did not deliver the wood or charcoal. The app does not allow for refund and even if it did til would incur another delivery fee. I called driver who said he didnt receive the goods. Called call centre and they advised theres nothing they can do and that they will escalate it but checkes will push back saying they did deliver some of the good so they will not credit anything. Disgusting customer service. Im out of pocket with no recourse and I still need the goods so what now !!!
