Nokulunga assits whoever she pleases at Checkers Eastgate?

Had such a bad experience at Checkers in East Gate today. We were standing 2nd in line at Till number 15 and the cashier serving was Nokulunga, the customer in front of us was almost finished when a man came and stood next to us in the line, I was wondering why he is not joining the que, but we just left it. He then showed his R200 note to Nokulunga, stood for a few seconds and then went around to other side where a lady was standing packing the bags. He then jumped the que and Nokulunga assisted him without hesitation or even considering we were next in line, and when I told her there is a que for a reason her respons was “he only wanted change” I then told her and we only wanted to draw money for the parking but we stood in the que, there is a que for a reason. But apparently Nokulunga doesn’t know that and think you can just assit whoever you want to. So next time you only want change please remember to go directly to Nokulunga she will help you right away? even if there are 2 other customers waiting.
