No upgrade at Checkers st Johns its a downgrade!

After shopping for about 40min i get to the till and i am told i cannot withdraw money cause there is no money! No signs displayed no one warning the customers in the que. I was just told there us no money, my question is why say we can withdraw money from the till when 99% of the time there is no money to withdraw??!!!!

I am very disappointed with Checkers st johns pinetown. The store has had a makeover yet they cant put up a mere sign to say there is no money to withdraw!!
