no understanding rude

Went to checkers pavilion just before close saw roller door close it was not yet 1900 security just slammed door on face and said it after 1900. Said I only needed to buy one item which was Pronutro as other shops in the mall did not have the one I wanted . He ignored me and closed the door. If this is the type of service checkers is offering then you will soon go busy and close. I was there the door roller door was closed one minute too soon. BAD SERVICE Pavilion
