Standing in Checkers Diamond Pavilion Mall in Kimberley with 4 tills plus one 10 items till open. People queueing 10 or more in queues. On a Saturday. Heard about four people complaining and also saw quite a few people putting things down and walking out when they saw the queues. Awesome mall with only on grocery chain and this is the service? Bad management? I think so.
