No support,Theft in a shop

<p>What kind of customer service is this ,where is the integrity!?! Empathy!?! Was shopping for groceries in checkers Hyper weltevreden park, Roodepoort. It was not a busy afternoon, around 16:45 to 17:00 Tuesday 8/8/1. I was with my nanny and son ,we were doing groceries and my small Emirates red ,brown and white bag went missing. bag had my 2 phones and cards inside. Shop has cameras ,people in the aisles of the shop which are employees. Control room said they did not see anything on the cameras! What are the cameras for in a shop if they are not of good use (protect customer's from theft)unless the staff are the ones *****ing from us customer's. Not helpful at all. </p>
