No stock of promotional products in more than 1 store and incorrect printing of specials - waste of people's time and money

Checkers seems to clearly *********** staff who cannot do their job and ensure that when promoting specials they have the correct products listed. I went to Gateway store looking for Parmalat milk and they had no stock. I then went and purchased the Elvive Shampoo and conditioner which was supposed to be on special but was charged normal price. I did not notice it at the time as I was in a hurry and only checked when I got home. Two days later, I went to Shallcross Checkers store for the milk and was told they also did not have stock. Why promote a product if you don't have stock. This is no time for marketing gimmick to advertise products and not have stock and get customers to purchase other products. We are in the middle of recession. I then went back to Shallcross store on Saturday, now bear in mind this is all in one week. To query the Elvive and was told by the lady at Kiosk that it's not all Elvive products and she has had so many customers coming to her and fighting for the same thing. She will do a refund. I told her the advert says any 2 products. The manager then comes to refund and has the audacity to tell me yes it says any 2 but it's incorrect and they not obligated to give it at that price as per Terms and conditions written on the bottom of the leaflet. Checkers, mind my language but F*** your terms and conditions. Employ qualified people who will do their job and ensure prints are double checked and correct before being posted. You are quick to talk about terms and conditions but who is giving us fuel money to run up and down to rectify your errors and going to so many stores and find that none of them have stock. We trying to save money due to recession but the little we save gets wasted on fuel for all the running around. Checkers is a waste of time and have just lot a valuable customer.
