No stock of item advertised!

I saw a storage box advertised in a leaflet and went to the Galleria Checkers Hyper only to find that they had no stock. They only had 1 that had no lid so I was unable to purchase it. I feel that if they do not have stock of a certain item they should not advertise it. They is no sense advertising something but when consumers go looking for it there is no stock. Then they tell you to go and give your name at the kiosk! I do not have the time for that!
