NO STOCK

Good Day

I have to constantly go to Checkers Nahoon to do shopping for my mother who has End-stage emphysema, therefore she cannot go anywhere. Checkers is the closest store for me to go to.

I am so tired of going to Checkers Nahoon and not being able to find items. It's supposed to be a "supermarket". Checkers Nahoon is far from being "super" in any way. I am so busy with my 2 jobs and looking after my sick mother that I don't get time to send the pictures of empty shelves and make complaints in order to improve service. I have complained before but nothing happens.

Today, the 8th of October, I was unable to find Nutmeg and the staff did not know what Nutmeg is. I looked through the whole spice section for 15 minutes eventually giving up and going to Nahoon Spar. I could not but a small pack of baby marrows, because you only stocking large packs for a bigger price. There was no sweet potato at all, which is strange for a supermarket. Here comes the most insane part: The mince section only had 2 large packs of non-lean mince for over R100.00 each.

These are the issues I am having, which I'm sure you can understand can make a person frustrated. I do not speak to management, as I have learnt from experience that you have to go higher in companies if you want any results in SA. I do have pictures if you need me to supply them.

Please could you treat this as urgent and let me know when I can come back to Checkers. I cannot shop at a place with no stock and no staff to ask for assistance. Another ridiculous fact is that anything I can't find at Checkers I will always find at the Spar , which is much smaller. Please explain this.
