No stock available and refused to give raincheck

I have been going to Checkers N1 City the entire week for the Picollo Dolce Vistso bundle. The special is advertised to be valid til 11April but a week before the special ended they have no stock available and refuse to give me a raincheck. This unacceptable. Poor service as well by management in N1 City mall by Shayda Miller
