No services

This morning I run into checkers northmead for airtime to make a urgent call. Got to the till there's no one look for an occupied till ask for 20r man they.say they don't have. I.really dont know what is becoming of south africa . All retailer's are using this covid as a scape goat for poor services no customer services. Ask for the manager to find out why they don't have airtime the manager is nowhere to be found. Why the consumer council allow these shops to behave in this manner they don't have to report to anyone. All retailer's is becoming like that .
