No service delivery from Checkers

I purchase a diesel generator from Checkers Hyper in Sandton last year, and after 6 months it would not start at all. After a few phone calls, Checkers came to pick up the generator for repairs. Repairs were made to the generator, but the sub contractor who made the repairs are still not paid, and therefore I cant' collect my generator. This is now on going for more than 2 month and nobody at checkers is answering my phone calls or responding to the sub contractor.

I want to warn the public that when purchasing equipment with a guarantee, purchases should rather be made from reputable suppliers.
