No service Checkers Cradlestone Mall

I am appalled by the after sales service received by the Checkers Cradlestone Mall.

When you call to complaine about product at their bakery they dont answer or the keep cutting the call.

The custard slice that we bought is so old they have a soapy texture and the puff pastry well is soggy this product is old and horrible yet they want to charge an arm and a leg for old stuff...

It was a total embarrassment as it was bought as a treat for family...

Strongly suggest you sort your bakery out as this is not F&B standard...
